The saved points function allows the user to save a set of points that can then be affected by subsequent tools. In other words, this allows users to save an edited set of pixels that can then be "replayed" with other tools. The saved points groups are saved with the project.
The Saved Points Group dialog allows you to rename the name of a saved points group or delete them from your project.
